Integrative support for mind, body & everyday life
Cole (she/they) is a holistic, existential psychotherapist, ecotherapist, and educator. She offers grounded, integrative care that blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, body awareness, and nature-based practices. Her work supports people navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and nervous system dysregulation — with a focus on building clarity, steadiness, and connection.
Cole holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and has a background in Philosophy & Religion — a foundation that shaped her lifelong inquiry into meaning, identity, and well-being.
Before becoming a therapist, Cole spent over a decade working as a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and nature-focused wellness guide in New York and Philadelphia. Today, she integrates those experiences into her clinical work, offering care that honors the body, the environment, and the full complexity of being human.
Her approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, mindfulness, and nervous system-informed care — always with curiosity, collaboration, and compassion at the center.
